The Equity Index

We are proud-co founders of The Equity Index, a UK registered social enterprise that encourages organisations to measure the internal and external dimensions of equity in their work. Our key achievements include:

• Securing seed funding for the establishment of a pilot index and recruiting five organisations from the private sector to participate in the pilot index.
• Completing equity-focused consultancy assignments for the Inter-American Development Bank, CIVCUS and  Development Impact Managers & Advisers.
• Created a set of self-assessment, open-sourced equity tools and resources that organisations can use to understand and challenge their own approach to Equity.
