Strategic Consultancy
Led by Director Lorriann Robinson our strategic consultancy practice allows leaders to access the deep expertise of our director and wider network as they navigate a range of strategic questions, from how to prepare for a post-aid world, to how to integrate equity-focused M&E frameworks.
International political & stakeholder engagement visits
We design bespoke political and stakeholder engagement programmes for senior decision-makers. Past work includes high-level UK Parliamentary engagements in Lebanon, Ethiopia and South Africa for clients including the Coalition for Global Prosperity and UNICEF UK
Training sessions
Advocacy training supports teams to develop skills in political advocacy by grounding the training in a live advocacy campaign. Clients leave with increased knowledge skills and the foundations of an advocacy strategy that they can build on. Trainers are skilled and crreative facilitators who bring energy in-person and virtual training sessions.
